About.

Rebekah Duncan

Consultant

Experienced consultant, leader and community organiser. Rebekah has spent over 15 years applying her skillset supporting individuals, communities, not-for-profits and global organisations to be purpose led and impactful.

Expertise facilitating multi-stakeholder teams and leading social impact, education, skills and training programmes with some of the UK's largest charities and FTSE 100 companies.

A trained Anthropologist and Exec Coach, she is happiest working to understand people's needs and translating that into meaningful action. Rebekah is passionate about wellbeing, access to opportunities, diversity and inclusion, gender and cultural equality.

Common Ground Projects launched in 2020 to help charity initiatives ensure the work they do is impactful, effective and reaching the right communities. As the world of work shifts to become more agile, and people's needs evolve, we want to ensure charities and social impact initiatives are able to pivot quickly to make the most of opportunities and keep driving forward impact no matter what.

For a number of reasons charities, CSR teams and philanthropic organisations can lack time, resource, capacity or the exact skillset needed. Staff, volunteers and trustees are often wearing multiple hats and juggling dual roles. Since then we've helped organisations to take advantage of growth opportunities quickly, ensuring progress and impact, with sustainable systems in place.
